Are you passionate about helping the next generation follow Jesus?
Lutie Watkins Memorial Methodist Church is seeking a full-time Director of Youth & Family Ministries who has a heart for discipling students, equipping parents, and building strong Christian families.
This ministry opportunity includes:
✅ Leading Middle School, High School, and Young Adult ministries
✅ Equipping parents as the primary spiritual leaders of their homes
✅ Planning retreats, mission trips, and outreach opportunities
✅ Recruiting and developing volunteer leaders
✅ Overseeing Sunday worship technology, livestream, and media ministries
We’re looking for someone who:
• Loves Jesus deeply
• Loves students and families well
• Is relational, organized, and teachable
• Has experience (or a willingness to grow) in church audio, streaming, and presentation technology
• Aligns with the theology of the Global Methodist Church
Salary: $50,000–$60,000 (based on experience)
